The Faith That Gets You There

I don’t know where you are going.  I don’t where your heart’s destination is.  I don’t know your dreams, goals, ambitions, or opportunities.  I don’t know where you are headed in the next season of your life.  However, one thing I do know is that you are going to need a whole lot of FAITH.

Faith, according to Hebrews 11:1, is defined this way.  “Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.

You can’t see your final destination.  You can’t see the outcome of following your dreams or vision.  You do not know what the end result of pushing through is going to be.  But, if you BELIEVE and know that God is going to help you get there, let me tell you, you will get there!

I have dreams and goals too big to fit into one of these posts.  I know that the only way to accomplish them is by having faith that God will get me there.  I don’t know where the money for all my projects will come from.  I’m not quite sure how I’m going to manage to get them jumpstarted, but I have faith that the Lord will provide, and He will guide my steps.  I already know He is going to do just that.  Why?  Because I believed in Him for it.  What I don’t know is the “how,” but that’s where my faith in Him comes in.  If I knew the “how,” then it wouldn’t require any faith on my part.  God is moved by the faith of His people.

Maybe you find yourself afraid to start your goals or dreams because they just seem too unreal or unattainable.  There is nothing you can’t accomplish with God.  His word says in Luke 1:37, “For with God nothing shall be impossible.”  And it’s true.  I have come to learn that the impossible becomes possible with God.  For many years, it was impossible for me to ever have an inspirational blog, but how about that?  I have an inspirational blog now!  For many years, it was impossible to see me at church, but how about that?  I serve the Lord wholeheartedly now.  When I made a five-year plan for my life, one of the first elements was to put God first, and how about that?  I do that everyday in everything that I do.

Do you get my point?  It’s only by the magnitude of your FAITH that you will complete what you must accomplish.  Don’t give up on your dreams and goals, no matter how far away they seem to you.

The degree to which you have faith is the degree to which you will move God’s hand over your life.

Be encouraged to grow in your faith.  How?  Read the Bible and pray.  Romans 10:17 says, “So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.

Do you want to get there?  Yes, then you need FAITH.CarmenWebSitePicture

  1. it is awesome to see a young lady be transformed by the word of God and not by the world…a strong willed person who did not doubt when walking through the Red Sea……did not , could not remain the same after talking to the burning bush….she ran with David while holding the other four stones…a girl who witnessed Saul fall off his horse while she too was on the road to Damascus…a young lady who with a blood splattered dress , saw it turn as white as snow when she peaked into the empty tomb…..a girl who faithfully waits and listens for the trumpets to sound …with the assurance of who will be holding her hand……be blessed…

  2. The way you said that we should trust got is true, it is really scary to start the path to our careers. I likes the statement “For with God nothing shall be impossible”. We don’t know what our paths will overcome and I liked how you said you started your plan .
