THE POWER OF BELIEVING

If there is something in this world that God wants us to do more than anything else, it is to believe in Him.

Believing in God means letting go of our fears, insecurities, failures, and having faith that He is greater than all those things.  God also wants us to believe that He is our Heavenly Father, and that He has been there all along in the midst of all of our trials and tribulations.  He wants us to believe that He has never left us, nor forsaken us.

I don’t know what you may have gone through, or what you may be going through in your life, but I know that God has never left me.  And, just like He never left me to die, He won’t leave you.

In order to believe you need to have FAITH.  Faith is a huge key that we as believers should possess.  Having faith opens up doors for us to keep pushing through adversity, to keep fighting, and to keep walking toward our purpose.

Hebrews 11:1 says, “Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.”  Although we may not see things getting better, or we may not see the results of what we have been working for, we need to have faith and certainty that God is working in our favor.  We need to believe that if He promised that He is going to do something, then He is going to do it.

When we act on faith, we move God’s heart.  That is to say, maybe you don’t have the funds to go to school, but you believe God is going to provide, so you act in faith and enroll in classes to fulfill your dreams.  God has seen your faith, and He will provide for your education.

Perhaps you are a single mother who wants to dedicate more time to your kids, but you are stuck working two jobs.  When you act in faith to quit that second job so that you can spend more time with your kids, I guarantee you that God will supply for you.

It doesn’t matter what your circumstances may be. When you believe and have faith, the Heavens open in your favor.

I left my home state and moved away, believing my life would change for the better.  I had no money,  I didn’t have a job or car when I got to Texas.  But I acted in faith, and hoped for a better life.  Today, I have everything that I never had before.  And God has multiplied and tripled me in faith – spiritually, educationally, and financially.  He has opened doors I never thought I could walk through.

Faith has the power to move mountains. The Bible says in Matthew 17:20, “He replied, ‘Because you have so little faith. Truly I tell you, if you have faith as small as a mustard seed, you can say to this mountain, ‘Move from here to there,’ and it will move. Nothing will be impossible for you.’”

What mountain do you need to move?  Is there anything impossible for God?  Will you act in faith?  Can you have faith as small as a mustard seed today?

Your faith has the power to move what ever mountain you are facing today.  Believe today, and trust God.

I hope this blesses your life today. I pray that you activate your faith.
Much love,
